Did you follow the instruction in the KB article? Moving back to the
original motherboard and attempting to backup your licenses is not a bad
idea if the content is really valuable to you. Though the truth is that
you've likely lost any old content that you had.
Have you double checked that not only are you showing hidden files by also
protected operating system files?
The KB lists several locations where the DRM folder may be hiding. Have you
checked them all?
Have you looked in the registry to see where the folder is?
What happens when you visit,
http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/en/indivit.asp?force=1 ?
In all likelihood, if that KB article doesn't fix it, then your DRM system
is fubared and only a full reinstall of windows will fix it.
