Multiple Broadcast Streams |

I'm trying to set up two dv cameras, connected via firewire to essentially
broadcast the same thing. One is set at a low quality that will be offered
for free, and the other is at a high quality for our members. I have one
firewire card with 3 ports installed. Both cameras are connected to the same
card. When I open the 2nd instance of WME to start encoding from the 2nd
camera, I get the following error:
An attempt to acquire a network resource failed (0xC00D0028)
Does anyone know what this might mean? Should I install a 2nd firewire card
for the 2nd camera?
