I hope this is the right forum to post such a message, if not, please guide me to the appropriate area.

I have a case where there are 8 usb controller cards plugged into one server. Each controller card has 8 usb ports which connect to an Archos AV700 MTP Device. I am trying desperately to enumerate all usb devices in order to show MTP devices assigned to each controller card via Canonical Name.

I.e.

Usb Hub/Usb Controller/Usb Port/Mtp Device.

Once I have this achieve I'll be able to load a single MTP device per controller, in that, 8 simultaneous threads (one for each card) loading a single device.

I've attempted just about everything to this point. WMI Win32_PnP...ControllerDevices...etc.

Does anyone have any code C# or C++ that can do this? I would be forever thankful!

Cheers,

Tom West
