Why do my viewers need to authenticate when connecting? |

Hi,
I just got my first streaming server set up with one live and one on demand publishing point both using the mms-protocol. I can withouth any problem connect to both types of streams from within our LAN.
However. When trying to connect from the internet (as my viewers will be doing) I get an authentication dialog. Why?
I have opened up the firewall for mms-traffic. The "WMUS_"-account is enabled and and a member of the guests group. The anonymus access plugin is enabled for both publishing points (even tried to disable and enable again in case there was a glitch in setting the rights)
I currently have no caps on number of players that can connect to the streams.
Any suggestions? Feels like there is something really easy I have missed.
