Hello Everybody, Actually i want to perform some operation(like image
scanning) on each frame of windows media player. Right now i am using
windows media player as a activex control in VC++ for displaying the
live image. If anybody know then please tell me how it is possible.

Sorry, you'll have to rephrase your question to define what "image
scanning" means - because that term is meaningless and doesn't make
sense.

Also, which "live image" do you refer to - where's it from ? A file ?
A media server ? An encoder http stream ?

sorry for confusion the question is that i am using window media
encoder on remote PC(server) which is encodeing the real time video
stream and sending it to decoder on other PC (Client) now here at
decoder end i want to grab a frame which is like image sequence frame
by frame and then on that frame i want to implement some algo to change
it....

OK got it. I'm afraid thats beyond what I know how to do. However, if
you ask this in the microsoft.public.windowsmedia.sdk newsgroup,
somebody there will be able to answer your question fully.
