Somehow you set the encoder to not index the file - indexing is key to
be able to skip and fast forward within the file.
Windows media file editor is part of the Encoder download. That's the
tool you need - it'll be on the encoder programs menu,
Open the file editor, load your file then "Save as and Index" with a
different file name. Job done. You can delete the old (un-indexed)
file once you've checked that it works OK.
