I'm considering creating a live video stream of pre-recorded content.
However, I'd like this live stream to be composed of smaller clips. For
example, clip 1 followed by clip 2 followed by clip 3 and return back to the
beginning and start again.

I'd like to be able to easily add and remove clips in the line up at any time.

Any thoughts on how to do this? If you can point me to any guides that
would be greatly appreciated.

Create a server-side playlist file with looping. All the info you need is in
the WMS online help.

Mike above is right-on and beat me to it. I use this to play
all the files out of a folder and all I need to do is to use
Windows Explorer to move new media in and take the old out
