is it possible to autostart preconfigured and saved encoding session? (when
OS reboots)?

Create a shortcut to your .wme file, modify it and add "/start" to the end of
the Target line. Then move it to your Startup folder. If you have to log on to
your computer when it boots up you'll need to enable AutoLogin as well.
