Hi,
I downloaded some kind of driver from the Windows site. Now I cannot login
to the MSN player. I have paid for the subscription & can access the player
to play music, but cannot login or purchase music anymore. The error message
I get is something like "security certificate cannot be verified" or
something like that. I am having to send this question from someone else's
computer because I can't access this screen from my own computer using my own
Windows Media player.
help! my email address is: bluemoon22@socal.rr.com. If someone cal email me
then I can tell them the exact error message I am getting when I try to log
in.

Did you upgrade any of the HW in your computer around the same time? You can
get that error if you make a HW upgrade and are accessing media files that
utilize DRM ie MSN Music store.

Hi, thanks for your reply.
No, I did not upgrade or add any hw.
But miraculously, I can now login to MSN player since I logged in from
another computer yesterday. So I think my problem (whatever it was!@) is
solved.
