If I do a multicast of a MultiRate file ( 2 streams 1@400Kbps & 1@50kbps )
is it true that viewers will only get the Higherstream?
Then I should just do a single 400 Kbps stream

Also do all the routers & switches between my server & my client have to be
enabled for muticast and how does one enable a router for such a thing?

All viewers/clients would get both streams, so there's no point in doing this.
With multicast, clients do not have a connection back to the server and everyone
gets the same stream.
