If you did not access "Windows Media Rights Manager Certificate Service"
page for a long time.
You should check your DRM server have the latest License Server information.
http://licenseserver.windowsmedia.com/
If the latest revocation list and key information did not be stored on this
computer , latest version of WMP10 will not get license.
Probably error message will be shown and your customers will be confused.
