can someone help me to find out whetehr it is possible to autostart
configured and saved session (when OS reboots)?

Yes, you can. Read up on automating using the command line encoder
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/howto/articles/AutomatingEncoding.aspx

Then you'd need to set up a batch file that runs when the computer is
started, containing the commands for the batch encoder used to create
your content. You could also add that as a scheduled task instead.
