Just want to crop out some ambient noise artifacts but the documentation is
so sparse, I just don't get it.

Are there any articles/tutorials on cropping with this app? The HELP file
step progression does not produce the same screens it describes.

Video is already in 'avi format, just want to 'import' into Wdws Media
Encoder and crop.

Appreciate some direction.
