I was hoping to obtain some information on how to build a stream with WME
that detects a user's speed and gives them the appropriate file. I'm
obviously a newbie. I've used WME to encode video before but I've always made
separate files for the separate quality encodes, and I've always linked to
them separately, making the user decide which one they wanted.

Is there a way to build just one file that upon loading, will figure out the
viewer's speed and give them the correct file? Or another method that is
similar? If so, could it be explained?

Thank you.
