PCTV pro no color

A few days ago i have installed media encoder 9 to stream video from the tv
card (pctvpro) over the network.
First i had strange colors but i found on the newsgroups that i had to
change some settings.

At configure of the video i choose "Inputs : Video Tuner"
Then i set the channel in my case 55 and antenna.
Now i see the channel i choose but it is in black and white.
I have set verything on pal but its stil black and white.

Sometimes if i change a setting i get 1sec color and then it goes bag to
black and white.
I hope somebody knows a solution.
With the normal pinnacle software everything works well.

I now have found out that it has to do with the frequentie.
Some senders have a channel like 25+
(http://www.multikabel.nl/freqs.php?gem_id=14&check=check)
and then the encoder program can't locate the right frequentie.
Has someone have a workaround to enter the frequentie?

I am using the same card for input. By default, my red/green were
transposed. On the processing tab, try different settings for the Pixel
Format. Using RGB24 fixed my problem.
