Hi there,

Currently I'm working with the WMEncBasicEdit Visual Basic object
(Windows Media Encoder series 9) in one of my applications and have
been noticing that it seems to be adding a 2 - 3 second preroll on my
output file. i.e. Mark in at 3 mins (360000 ms) but the output file
is starting at 02:57 which is confirmed by the timecode i have on the
video.

I've had a good look through the documentation and can't seem to come
up with anything that says ya or nay on whether or not the
WMEncBasicEdit object has this preroll. I'm assuming it is accessible
(if it exists) through the config file so any help in this
(un-documented) area will be of great help.

Thanks in advance

Cheers
Cam
