Getting error when trying to merge and convert 2 mpeg2 files |

I recorded a show using my capture card into mpeg2. Unfortunately I
recorded into to a FAT32 drive and the program broke it up into two
mpeg2 files.
I'm trying to use Windows Media Encoder to convert both the files at
once into one wmv file. I can convert one file or the other, but if I
try to add both as sources at the same time the second source gives an
error that it can't read the file since a codec is missing
(0xC00D1B83) even though both files can be read individually.
Anyone know how to merge 2 mpeg2 source files into one 1 wmv file?

Hi Morac99,
It sounds like you already have two WMV files and that you simply want to
join them together, if this is the case why not join the files together
using Windows Movie Maker 2?
