According to the whitepaper
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/howto/articles/codecadvancedsettings.aspx
some of the settings (like Lookahead, NumBFrames) cannot be used with
WM Encoder 9 because it uses the writer object.

Is there any other Encoder that allows you to use these settings?

If you can suggest some WM Interfaces to look for that would be great too.
