I have captured a video using Windows Encoder 9. There are 11 30 second spots
that I want to break into separate small clips. What tool can I use to do
this. I have looked in several places and not having any luck. Please help.
I am under the gun.

wmeditor.exe will allow you to chop the clip into segments, use the
mark-in and mark-out points. It's in the encoder programs directory if
you haven't got a menu item on your programs list.
