I want to Capture and broadcast video (350K Single stream live). What kind
of computer is good, CPU,RAM,HD?. I hope low cost. Thank!

Well, if the target resolution is something around 320x240 any P4 should do
the job...
Fast CPU and hi-speed HD are more important than ram in this kind of job, so
pick a 10000RPM HD if you can.
