I am programming in ""C#"".
I want to insert marks into a WMV file to make it like "packages".
e.g. ...{"header"+partition of the video"+"footer"}...
how can i insert the mark?

Then, the "packages" will be pass to PocketPC by steaming.
What should i do on steaming?
