You cannot download videos with WME.
There are a few utilities on the internet able to do the work, you may find
them at www.download.com

You can't. A copy of 'Streambox' or 'WMRecorder' might work, however.

Streambox can also handle realplayer and quicktime streams, but it's
getting quite old now and I think content providers are managing to
block it from some streams.
