Only if you checked the box "Save file and URL history" on the Privacy tab
of Tools -> Options. (I'm running 10 now but the checkbox option was nearly
labeled the same in 9, it should be obvious enough).
Then if you used File -> OpenUrl a list of the last several file urls would
be displayed.
