Quicktime can play them :

I think www.3ivx.com also can play them, and inside
WindowsMediaPlayer. RealPlayer and Nero Digital also support
AAC. I believe the free Nokia Multimedia Player (or whatever
its name) also supports AAC. Of course, it all depends on
the AAC parameters, since there are at least 3 flavors (LC,
HE and PS: the MPEG-4 world is a mess).
