Hi,
I'm trying to use windows media file editor or asf indexer to embed html
that sync with asf file but some how it does not work. I have used in past
but somehow it just does not work . Please help if someone knows

You've described two problems and I'm not clear which is your actual
proble - please can you post a longer problem description detailing
what you tried and what 'does not work' ?

The two problems I see here are (1) HTML embedding doesn't sync (how ?
to what ?) and (2) Indexing does not 'work' (how ? what have you
tried?)

Make sure your player is set to allow script commands.

Tools - Options - Security.
