Video capturing and encoding using the ISO mpeg4 V1 video codec: I hit
"start encoding" then I hit stop, then I hit start encoding again, and that's
when I get the error. I then swith the codec to something other than mpeg4,
and then encode, and stop, and the swith the codec back to mpeg4. I can then
hit start encoding without an error. However, if I hit stop and then start
encoding again, the error comes up again. If I start over, I can hit "start
encoding" then hit pause, and then resume encoding wiithout errors. It's just
when I try to stop and restart mpeg4 encoding.
