I'm transcoding a DV AVI (25 fps, with duration of 50
frames, 720x576) into a WMV file using MS WMEncoder, with VBR Quality
profile (Codec WM9, Video format PAL, Key-frame interval 2 sec, Frame
rate 25 fps, Video quality 60, Video size 384x288).
The video has timecode overlayed, so each frames is different from the
others.
After that I've dumped all the frames of the WMV files
using ISampleGrabber filter: the result is that I've 49
frames (not 50!).
The first frame is duplicated and the last 2 are missing.
This behaviour doesn't happen with CBR profiles.
Anyone can help me? Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks in advance.
Andrea
