I'm transcoding a DV AVI (25 fps, with duration of 50
frames) into a WMV file using WMEncoder, with VBR Quality
profile. The video has timecode overlayed, so each frames
is different from the others.
After that I've dumped all the frames of the WMV files
using ISampleGrabber filter: the result is that I've 49
frames. The first frame is duplicated and the last 2 are
missing.
This behaviour doesn't happen with CBR profiles.
Anyone can help me?
Thanks in advance.
Andrea
