Well if you can run Media Player 10 (XP only) then yes there was an
option added for this in the final release of the player :
Start to play a DVD (only works for DVDs :-p) and go to the View Menu.
You can see amenu option called 'DVD features'. Click that and pick
'Capture Image'.
You also have to do the opposite of what Mike said to enable this, and
make sure it's enabled the video mixing renderer. This can be found
under Tools->Options->Performance and at the bottom, 'Advanced' Click
in the box labelled Video Acceleration -> Use Video Mixing Renderer.
Sorry it's not more obvious, I'd have liked to see a button to do this
as it was a frequently requested feature in the Beta. Owell something
better than nothing ;-)
