C00D117E: Windows Media Player Problem (PLEASE HELP!!!) |
|
|
I was burning a CD, and in the middle of the burning process, this message
came up in a window:
Windows Media Player did not burn all of the selected items to the CD. The
Player has reduced the recording speed of your CD burner (recorder) to solve
the problem. To burn all of the selected items, insert a blank disc into the
burner, and then try again.
So only some of the songs I was burning were burned onto the CD.
In the window, it had a thing I could click that said "web help." When I
clicked it, it brought me somewhere on the Microsoft website and said I
encountered error message C00D117E while using windows media player. My media
player is version 10.00.00.3646. I have Microsoft Windows XP. This is the
third time it has happened.
PLEASE HELP!!!!

Replies are to help benefit others in helping you
and reproducing issues, not necessarily for me to
get back to you.
