I'm trying to transcode and sync music files to my RCA Lyra. Although WMA
files will convert fine, MP3's will not work. WMP 10 shows 'Converting
(0%)', starts up a process called 'wmpenc' and gets stuck there. Nothing
else happens except 'wmpenc' uses 100% of the CPU and must be forcibly shut
down.

I'm using WMP 10 on XP. I also have a laptop with the same set-up that works
just fine.
