Hi

I was trying to upgrade my player and accidentally installed the wrong
version of WMP 9. I don't even know exactly how it happened. Now whenever I
try to upgrade to WMP 10 or even reinstally WMP 9 it says that my player is
incompatible with my operating system.

Is there a way that I can get my WMP running correctly again. I'm making a
video for my family and I need to download music. MSN won't let me unless it
can find the right player.
