I have a VIA Epia MII system which has a Integrated VIA Unichrome AGP
graphics w/MPEG-2 Accelerator.

I want to enable the option in video acceleration I want to select the
Hardware decoder rather than the software decoder., but the option is grayed
out.
Playback in Windwos Media Player 10 now uses 99% cpu but when using Power
DVD with hardware acceration it uses an acceptable 20%.
