It's very difficult to make it stick as WMP v10 likes to have the last
word on Album Art, and will overwrite files you download into your album
folder. Inserting the album-art into the file using the Advanced Tag
Editor has a better chance of success. Unfortunately that doesn't help
the presentation in the file-system as replacement folder.jpg files get
trounced (as you may have found).
