internal application error message |
|
|
We recently downloaded windows media player 10, and now, when we go to launch
it, we get an error that says
'an internal application error has occurred'.
there are no codes, or options, the only choice is to click 'ok'.
i re-downloaded MP10, but it did not rectify it.
we use windows xp professional for our operating system.
any suggestions?

Hi Corrie,
Try to re-registr your vba and your js script dll's ? (doing this whith
"regsvr32 vbscript.dll" and "regsvr32 jscript.dll" at the command prompt or
Run Line) to fix this error as I mentioned in the post, which you can find
here
