windows media player not working with internet H>E>L>P> ME>P |

windows xp home edtion , running the new windows media player 10. i am
unable to connect to the internet with the windows media player, though i
have no problem with accessing the internet doing anything else. I have
called my cable company and had them try and help,and that was no good
,called DELL,then microsoft,and they said to come here.I am able to access
the internet ,but not with the media player and dont no why ?Please if there
is anyone out there that can help me i would appreciate your help ... Tring
to get this up and running so that i can download and play music for my
Grandchildren at Christmas!!!!! Thanks again lilangel45

Who at Microsoft told you to come here? This is peer support only.
Microsoft's Product Support folks should handle these call directly.
