Using SYNC |

I need your help to solve my problem. I am using WMP 10 which I downloaded
from MS. The windows operating system I am using is MW XP Professional
Version 2002 Service Pack 2. I am trying to SYNC a playlist created in WMP to
my Pocket PC Phone Edition. I selected Sync to Sync content to my portable
device. Then I select Start Sync. I then get a message that states "WMP no
longer detects a connected portable device. Reconnect your portable device
and then try sync again". Then I select WEB and get " You've encountered
error message C00D0FA2". The Pocket PC uses ActiveSync and shows that it is
connected to my desktop PC. I am stuck. Pleaase help.
