I have a very frustrating problem with WMP. When I edit my cd titles on my
personally burned cd's by way of the copy to cd or find the album, WMP does
not save the titles. Here is the problem; when I key in the titles, they
will appear when I eject and reinsert the cd, if it's on the same day. The
next day, I'm showing Track 1, Track 2, etc. The album name that I've given
my cd doesn't show up either. I have Windows XP Professional, with WPM 9
Series in a LAN environment.

I also thought that once you edit your cd titles, it would be saved in the
Media Library in the computer used to do the edits. Could someone help me?

Do you have the rename & rearrange feature turned on under Options >
Library? If WMP can't get information from the Windowsmedia database, it
will do stuff like this.

Yes, it's turned on. If I still have the same problem, then I'll know why.
Thanks for your input.
