i cant play any regular .mpg file in windows media player 10, it cant be a
codec problem because i can play it fine in WinDVD. i hear audio, but see no
video... can anyone help me? this is pissing me off

i got no idea sorry, but why don't we get together cuz our media players
would work perfectly then - mine will play .mpg, but not .avi (i only get the
sound, like you) it says its a codec problem (error downloading codec or
something). any ideas anyone?
