In short, I'm having issues tagging mp3s I ripped. I want to use the
automatic tagging available through WMP but some of the songs it won't find,
even though it recognizes the cd. I mean first of all, I don't understand
why the search doesn't seem to work all that well. It would be awesome too
if i could search myself, cause since I have the cd i know a lot of the info
already. It's just aggravating to not be able to do this, and then too not
to be able to voice any concerns or complaints to Microsoft. If anyone has
any ideas, feel free to post...

The album search is kinda random: see

It's just aggravating to not be able to do this,

Have you tried the Fidn Album Information button, or entering the data
locally yourself

and then too not

Pick up the phone and call product support....although admittedly they
don't usually seem to familair with the product.
