Hi guys, how are you? I have a question about my laptop. Now I am using windows xp service pack 2. And I downloaded the Windows Media player 11. But when I installed the WMP...it stopped in the middle of the installation (I am not sure if it installed completely). And I restarted the computer, tried to open the software. It didn't show up anything. Please advise me what I should fix the problem. Many thanks.
