Hi,
I subscribed to yahoo music and it was working great, until yesterday it started giving me errors about acquiring licenses. The error message gave me a bunch of steps to fix it that all involved windows media player, but I couldn't get any of those things to work. Like backing up licenses in windows media player, but windows media player wont let me do that, it gives me an error message. Then it says to rename the drm folder, and it told me how to find it in a hidden folder under all users, but that folder doesnt exist. I'm not really sure and its frustrating me to no end, and it wont let me listen to any music at all anymore. Thanks to anyone who can help me with this.
