Can I append a streaming video to an already existing video? |

Hi,
I am using Windows Media Encoder SDK to develop a screen capture application. If I encoded a streaming video onto a file, can I attach it to another streaming video that is being encoded , using the Media Encoder SDK? In short , add a video to an existing video.
Also, is it possible to capture only a single application for the entire encoding process, even if there are other applications open ? What I mean is, I dont want to record any application other than the one selected for encoding.
I would appreciate any help on these queries.
