I have accidentally change all my mp3 files to another folder. Now when I try
to play those files in media player, I have to manually select the folder
where the mp3 files are now located. I have to do this for every song, and I
have over 600 songs.

Is there a way to make media player know where my music files are now located?

If you have WMP9 or 10 it will track files MOVED to new folders. If you
COPIED the files and DELETED the originals, then it has no way of
knowing your intent. In the latter case you would have to re-add all the
new files.

go to tools in wmp and tell it to search that folder.
