should help, I'd think...
Otherwise you might want to talk to Yamaha support.

sound card driver and WMP will work fine....UNTIL...I re-boot and it all
fails again. I have done all the WMP updates and have the latest drivers
for
my sound card....what else can I do?
Is is possible that there is something else using the sound card after a
re-boot. This Laptop has a clean install of XP pro and no other
applications
have been loaded. It is a Panasonic CF-71 with a Yamaha sound card.
