When I got my new computer, it came with WMP 10 already installed. I spent a
few hours messing around with it, got fed up & am using iTunes instead. But
really want to go back to WMP. This is giving me a huge headache - if I were
to elaborate (here) there IS a headache "situation". I'm not just trying to
get someone to tell me what to do so I don't have to figure it out for
myself. I can't even create a playlist, it seems like this is just way too
involved. Still I prefer MS programs and would like to figure it out, if
anyone is willing to help me. At this point I just want to make a playlist,
and figure out how to get my music from other locations (primarily iTunes)
into WMP. For some reason iTunes will no longer play songs downloaded from
the Internet, need to figure out what direction to go with that in mind as
well. I'd SO appreciate any assistance with this, it's got me boggled!

What happens when you try to create a playlist?

(speaking for myself and doing this in my free time)
See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.

your question brings more. do you have any tunes on your hard drive? what messing around did you do. try system restore? you say a lot but don't tell much.
