Is there a way that I could do this? If so, could someone please explain on
how to do it. Thanks!

The main thing is to break the problem down into parts.
1) Extract audio from a video (tools may depend on the file-type)
2) Copy or synch the resulting audio file to your MP3 player (which I
assume you know how to do)

I know how to do the second step, but extractring audio from a video, I'm
really unsure how to do that. Am I able to use windows media player or
winamp to do this? What other recording tool can I use? Thanks for your help!

WMP is neither a recording nor an editing tool. I don't think WinAmp is
either. I think it can be done with Windows Movie Maker, but I'm sure
that doing a web search on "extract audio from video" will yield many
choices.

We don't actually know anything about this mysterious video yet, so
it's hard to provide any useful pointers.

If you look at the file type, what is the file extension ? E.g. is it
an AVI, an MPG, a .VOB, a .WMV or some other type of video file ?

Cheers - Neil
