I've encountered the following error message whilst attempting to playback
CDs previously copied into Media Player:

C00D11CD: Unknown error
Windows Media Player encountered an unknown error. This can occur when
another program or operating system component encounters a problem but does
not communicate the nature of the problem to Windows Media Player.
Error ID = 0xC00D11CD, Condition ID = 0x00000000

Initially I had no problems with copying CDs. The error ocurred the day
after I ran through setting up the TV element of Media Player.

Additional info:
O/S = Windows XP
Version = Windows Media Player 10

Is anyone able to help with solving this problem?

Many thanks,

I was setting up the TV signal and configuring the monitor (in Media Centre)
............ not that I was able to get good reception once I'd connected the
tv aerial. Just seems odd that upto this point I had been able to copy CDs
and playback with no problem.

I just tried to rip a CD and also got the following message:
Secure storage protection error. Restore your licenses from a previous
backup and try again.
