High Definition encodeing help needed. |

In Australia where i am we only have 1080i as High Definition. So i
want to encode the file at 1080i, 1920by1080.
And at the bitrate its broadcast in austrlaia is some megabits, or
kbpps or whatever in the world you use to calculate it. For 1080i HD
its a fair bit.
So can WME do High definition. Can i set the encoder to encode a a
high bitrate and not down scale the encoded file.
I want the quality closest to the original fiel if possible. The same
even better.
