I created MPEG-4 (the only format available) video files using my Casio Z750
camera. When played back on camera, the picture and sound are great--no
problems. However, when I download it to my pc, WMP plays it, however, the
sound plays at normal speed and the video plays at a slower speed. Thus, the
sound and video are not in sync and the sound finishes well ahead of the
video. I installed the most recent version of the WMP components running
under XP with the latest service packs applied. Casio is no help because
their help line is something outsourced and the people are just reading off a
troubleshooting script to no avail. These are the only files that have a
problem playing. Anyone have any solution to this?

WMP doesn't play MPEG4 by default, so you must have installed a 3rd party
MPEG4 decoder. Which one is installed?

(speaking for myself and doing this in my free time)
See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
